How it works

First we look at the process, and we'll be straight with you.
Before we quote anything we sit down and walk the process the way it actually runs, not the way it's supposed to. If it's not solid enough to build on yet, we'll tell you. You get the free quote either way. If it's not a fit, we shake on it and part ways, and you've lost nothing but an hour of your time.

If it's a build we can do, you get the numbers within a week.
A cost analysis in writing: what the system will cost, what it should give back, and how long the work takes. You won't hear a different number after you've said yes.

Once you say go, the build gets scheduled and dated.
The implementation goes on the calendar with a predicted timeframe for the work. If the work is going to run long, you'll hear it from us first, and we'll give you the reason.
What a typical first build looks like
We start small. A good first agent is the thing you already do by hand every day: turning a new order into an entry in the books, checking a list and following up on the ones that went quiet, or answering the five questions your phone gets all week. If that works for a month, we add the next one.
