How pricing works

1. We charge $50 to look at your PC and find the problem. Same price whether it takes 10 minutes or 10 hours.
2. $50 an hour to solve it. We give you the full quote after we find the problem, and we always call you to get the ok before we fix it.
3. On-site work is $50 an hour, counted from the moment we leave our office until the moment we tell you it’s solved.

At Trust In Me Computers we’re interested in helping our customers more than we are helping ourselves into our customers’ wallets. Most problems, after they’ve been located, don’t take longer than an hour of our technician’s time. And we’ll always call you to get authorization to resolve the problem before fixing your PC.

On-site

If you’re interested in having us come out to work on your computer at your home or office, it’s $50 an hour from the moment we leave our office until the moment we tell you it’s solved at your location. No travel fee, no surprise line items.

24/7 phone support

We offer 24/7 free phone support. When your PC is down, so are you, and a local shop that picks up is the whole point. Remote assistance is available for customers who’ve purchased a PC from us or a business maintenance and service agreement. We ask for one time temporary access to your PC, only when you give us permission, and we’re out when we’re done.
